H1N1 Vaccine: Safer Options

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

WLWT is reporting that a 5 year old boy died just yesterday from respiratory complications.  It was confirmed that the young boy had the H1N1 virus.

As reports of H1N1 virus related deaths continue to surface, those considered often vibrant and young are now most at risk.

It’s been reported that those with underlying health conditions, especially breathing difficulties, are considered most at risk of developing a fatal case of the Swine Flu.

The World Health Organization is reporting that the H1N1 virus is now unstoppable and is most definitely a pandemic.  They also have reported that this flu virus unlike past seasonal flu viruses.  In the past, most flu viruses stay in the nose and throat, but the H1N1 virus is causing disease deep in the lungs, leading to major health concerns, including death.

The World Health Organization is also reporting that obesity is now a significant risk factor for those who may develop a fatal case of the H1N1 virus.

It comes as no surprise that many are resisting the vaccine and pursuing more natural methods for treatment and prevention.  With a pandemic on the rise and a fast-tracked vaccine prompting worry and uncertainty, the best option at this point is to pursue safer alternatives.
