Mutated H1N1 Virus Causing Problems

Tuesday, November 24th, 2009

The Swine Flu season has hopefully peaked but now the virus has taken a turn for the worse. Trak has reported that the Swine Flu in some victims in North Carolina has developed resistance to Tamiflu.  The Examiner has brought up the question if the vaccine will be effective against the H1N1 virus at all? That’s unclear at this point.

For those with compromised immune systems the H1N1 virus is much more dangerous and can most certainly be lethal.  Gainesville has reported that some HIV patients have agreed to allow the H1N1 vaccine to be tested on them because they are such a high risk.

The best way to guarantee good health and resistance to the H1N1 virus is boost your immune system naturally.

There are some very useful tips available online for boosting your immune health.  Some practical but helpful tips include getting plenty of rest, eating a healthy and balanced diet low in sugar and fat but high in fiber and nutrients.  It’s also helpful to remember that any chemicals introduced into your body are unnatural and can compromise your immunity.  This includes vaccinations, artificial foods and toxins that exist in your every day environment .

You Don’t Have To Fear The Swine Flu

Friday, November 20th, 2009

Reports of death and pandemic continue to flood the airways .  The Examiner is reporting that in the Ukraine, they’ve had 18 Swine Flu related deaths in the past 24 hours.

With reports being published like this recent one on Breitbart, that 60% of Americans will be infected by the H1N1 virus, it’s tempting to feel helpless and at a loss.

It’s also quite disturbing to hear experts like Wolfgang Wodarg verbalize on Bild his concerns over the Swine Flu vaccine contributing to cancer.

With seemingly few answers more and more Americans are turning to natural preventative means and alternative remedies to boost their immune system and protect themselves from illness.  Experts in every medical field are recommending that one of the best means of protection from the Swine Flu virus and illness year round is to boost your immune system.

While there is no cure for the flu opting for an untested vaccine could be just as deadly.  Choosing to boost your system naturally is safe and effective.

Swine Flu Party Of One

Thursday, November 19th, 2009

With the Health Care bill still in the air, leaving many Americans on their own to figure out how they’ll get much needed medical care and often left without options because many don’t get paid sick leave, it’s more important now than ever to be proactive.

PR Newswire offers the “Ultimate Swine Flu Survival Guide.”  This list is packed with sensible ideas such as extra rest and good hygiene habits but also with stellar recommendations for supplements and herbs.

While Reuters is reporting a spike In Canada’s Swine Flu related deaths Bloomberg reports an astonishing 37 deaths in just a short week.

Criminals are also taking advantage of those seeking out Tamiflu and other flu “cures.”  Examiner is reporting that government officials are cracking down on those selling phony drugs and those companies who are making false claims that they have a drug that will “cure” the Swine Flu.

So, with the virus looming and many suffering at its hands it’s important to take precautions but the healthiest and safest option is to pursue natural remedies and preventative methods to build your immune system.

Doctors Are Refusing The Swine Flu Vaccine

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

As many people are undecided if they should receive the Swine Flu vaccine for themselves or their children, many doctors are struggling with the same decision.  In fact, the Examiner found that 60% of doctors oppose being immunized for the Swine Flu virus.  More specifically, many medical professionals have expressed their concern over the fact that the safety trials for this particular vaccine were rushed.

CBS News has reported that one 27 year old pregnant woman in South Florida thought she had a cold until it turned bad so quickly and she finally discovered how deadly the H1N1 virus could be.

Aubrey Opdyke was admitted to the ICU where she spent 5 weeks in a drug induced coma.  Opdyke is finally recovering, but one of the peculiar aspects of the H1N1 virus is that it causes severe complications in the lungs.  For pregnant women, whose immune systems are already suppressed, this is even more dangerous, because their breathing is compromised so severely.

One medical professional’s blog states her concerns over forced vaccinations (which she opposes).  Stories like this are extremely common while more people each day continue to look for alternative options for prevention.

Swine Flu Drugs: An Unknown Concoction

Monday, October 26th, 2009

Continuing with the chaos that has been the Swine Flu, just Friday, Swine Flu Headlines reports that President Barack Obama has declared the Swine Flu a national emergency.  This, in essence, gives authorities and medical professionals more options when treating the infected and those at risks of getting the Swine Flu.

The Wall Street Journal has just released news that as of Friday, an emergency authorization was given for the experimental antiviral, Peramivir to be given those who are critically ill with the Swine Flu.

The antiviral is being produced by BioCryst Pharmaceuticals Inc.  As you can see here, BioCryst has much to lose or gain if the antiviral sells well. It’s not only concerning that now the Swine Flu vaccine is experimental but so are the antivirals for treatment of those who are actually already ill.  Again, more reason to look to alternative and natural methods for prevention of diseases.

Interestingly enough, the Examiner cited the respected British journal, Lancet Infectious Diseases for declaring that the antivirals Relenza and Tamiflu (commonly given to those infected with the Swine Flu) are not appropriate for adults nor for children under 12.

As always, continue to do the research yourself and get the answers you need to make healthy choices.
