H1N1 Vaccine: Too Little Too Late

Friday, November 27th, 2009

In an enlightening report published by E Releases, the researchers found that the biological H1N1 vaccine could never be enough for the entirety of the 6.7 billion people being affected.  As with any pandemic, once a disease has gone viral, it’s already too late to attempt to make a vaccine of any type because to develop and manufacture a biological vaccine takes much longer than the brief period of time it takes a virus to take hold.

Sadly, many states are reporting their death tolls are continuing to rise. The Iowa Independent has confirmed the states 27th death.

Naturally, with reports like the Cleveland Leader’s update on Canada’s GlaxoSmithKline fiasco, where the Swine Flu vaccine is causing an unusually high number of anaphalaxis, people get scared.

Individuals are concerned about catching the virus and justifiably scared about getting the vaccine.

Looking toward natural remedies and preventative measures is a safe bet though that will have many other advantages for your physical, mental and emotional health.

You Can Catch H1N1 More Than Once

Thursday, November 26th, 2009

The most recent news about the Swine Flu has added twists.  The Faster Times is reporting that in both the UK and now in the United States confirmed cases of the Tamiflu resistant H1N1 strain.

Health officials and doctors are concerned that this Tamiflu resistant strain will be more problematic for those considered high risk because the virus could more adversely affect their lung health and could turn into pneumonia.

While the number of cases is minimal, five in the UK and 4 in the United States, it’s unknown how serious the resistant strain could turn.

Fox News is reporting that a West Virginia doctor has now had the H1N1 virus twice.  Unfortunately, everyone has been hoping that catching the H1N1 virus would give you automatic immunity against contracting it ever again.  The fact that the virus is mutating is also dashing hopes that this pandemic would pass quickly.

Still, while the virus is travelling globally, utilizing natural means for improving your health and boosting your immune system is your best bet for Swine Flu prevention.

What’s GlaxoSmithKline Hiding About H1N1 Vaccine?

Wednesday, November 25th, 2009

The latest news concerning Swine Flu and the speedily manufactured Swine Flu vaccine is that drug manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline has recalled a batch of 170,000 doses of the vaccine, reports the Associated Press.

As usual, the CDC and other medical groups monitor the reactions from the vaccine and it seems that this particular batch distributed in Canada is causing more allergic reactions than some of the others.

GlaxoSmithKline is the second largest drug maker by revenue.  This should cause some concern because not only was the vaccine manufactured quite rapidly, but from the beginning, drug makers priority is to make money from the mass production of these vaccines.  Human error may have been the reason for the rate of unusual allergic reactions, but maybe not.

It’s been widely publicized that this particular vaccine includes some unsafe ingredients such as aluminum, squalene and even cancerous cells from animals to name a few.

While it certainly is tempting to partake in a mass vaccination which is being hailed as the cure all for the deadly H1N1 virus, it doesn’t change the fact that the vaccine unsafe and mostly untested.

Almost every doctor will agree that a natural remedy is preferred over a chemical toxin and that boosting your body’s immune system is more beneficial than introducing an unknown substance to your system.

Mutated H1N1 Virus Causing Problems

Tuesday, November 24th, 2009

The Swine Flu season has hopefully peaked but now the virus has taken a turn for the worse. Trak has reported that the Swine Flu in some victims in North Carolina has developed resistance to Tamiflu.  The Examiner has brought up the question if the vaccine will be effective against the H1N1 virus at all? That’s unclear at this point.

For those with compromised immune systems the H1N1 virus is much more dangerous and can most certainly be lethal.  Gainesville has reported that some HIV patients have agreed to allow the H1N1 vaccine to be tested on them because they are such a high risk.

The best way to guarantee good health and resistance to the H1N1 virus is boost your immune system naturally.

There are some very useful tips available online for boosting your immune health.  Some practical but helpful tips include getting plenty of rest, eating a healthy and balanced diet low in sugar and fat but high in fiber and nutrients.  It’s also helpful to remember that any chemicals introduced into your body are unnatural and can compromise your immunity.  This includes vaccinations, artificial foods and toxins that exist in your every day environment .

Will The Real H1N1 Please Stand Up

Wednesday, November 18th, 2009

Health.com is reporting that a third of the adults and children who were hospitalized with the Swine Flu also had asthma.  This underlying condition, specifically has targeted adults and children for being high risk for complications if they get the H1N1 virus.

The OC Register is reporting a 33% increase in local deaths which includes pregnant women.

With numbers like this, seeking out alternative immune boosting treatments is important for all men, women and children.  Yes, we’re seeing an increased risk for certain groups of people, but as we’ve seen with this virus in particular is that everyone is at risk.

And sadly, ItPro has spotlighted fake pharmaceutical firms who are taking advantage of those who are fearful of getting the H1N1 virus by making sales offers for counterfeit Tamiflu.

If you’re ever in doubt about an offer you find online, do some further research before placing an order of any size and you can always check with the Better Business Bureau.

The Risks From The H1N1 Vaccine

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

As the Swine Flu Vaccine gets distributed across the globe stories of mishaps, illness and death are becoming all too popular.

Time has reported that in China, two people have died after receiving the Swine Flu vaccination. One victim was a female school teacher.  Chinese officials have pulled the batch in which that particular vaccine came from and are no longer distributing vaccinations from that batch.

While some cities still find themselves dealing with long lines for people who want the H1N1 vaccine, like this Cincinnati radio sports personality and his son.  Many more individuals are looking for alternative ways to prevent the spread of the Swine Flu.

Suite 101 reports that your goal should be to boost your immune system to such a level that you can avoid illness year round.  Nobody would choose to get an illness but with the uncertainty surrounding the H1N1 virus and the high number of deaths, decreasing your risk of getting it is a good decision regardless of your current health condition.

Going Natural With H1N1

Monday, November 16th, 2009

Fox News is reporting that a 14 year old Virginia boy has developed Guillain-Barre Syndrome after getting the Swine Flu vaccine and the seasonal flu vaccine.

Info Wars is also reporting that a French healthcare worker has also developed Guillain-Barre Syndrome six days after she received the Swine Flu vaccine.

With reports like this coursing through newspapers and the Internet, individuals across the globe should resist getting any vaccine that could jeopardize their health and their lives.

While, yes, the virus presents a clear danger, like in Kentucky where WLWT is reporting a young man is the state’s 20th casualty from the H1N1 virus.  The virus itself is a risk to healthy, elderly, young, pregnant – virtually everyone, so what can be done?

Doctors and specialists are recommending that boosting your immune system is one of the safest and natural measures you can take.  For old and young alike, eating healthy, resting, good hygiene and adding natural supplements to your diet will surpass the benefits most artificial drugs can give you.

The H1N1Vaccine: A Natural Alternative

Friday, November 13th, 2009

It’s been surprising and sometimes paralyzing to see how some are responding to the Swine Flu outbreak.  While countries such as China have been criticized for being overzealous with their protective measures, other countries such as India have most definitely underutilized the information available, and thus sacrificed lives.

In Italy, where there have now been 30 Swine Flu related deaths, Gadlings published a story with a video demonstration showing the automatic holy water dispensers now being used.

The website Drugs.com published research done by The Lancet stating that the elderly are the most likely to die from the H1N1 virus, which is not being widely reported.  Most media outlets are reporting that those under 40 years of age are the most likely to die.

As many people are doing now, Associated Content has published natural preventative herbs and supplements that can be taken to build immunity.  There are a variety of remedies being promoted but few authentic natural alternatives.

Extreme Efforts Needed To Fight H1N1

Thursday, November 12th, 2009

The sweep of H1N1 illness has forced many businesses and employees to consider sick leave guidelines or the lack of any sick leave provisions at all.

While some workplaces offer personal time, sick time and family medical leave other employers and part-time positions make no allowance at all for paid sick days, forcing the employee to choose between making a living or staying home and resting but losing out on the income.

The Christian Science Monitor reports that 15 states are considering making sick leave mandatory.  If you haven’t heard of the Healthy Families Act bill, it’s been up for discussion for awhile and would provide 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked.  A bill such as this would most certainly ease the burden for any employee who became ill.

New York City is following the example of such cities as San Francisco, Milwaukee and Washington DC by implementing some sort of mandatory sick leave.

And the New York Times published an interesting article detailing some of the efforts China implemented in order to contain the Swine Flu and prevent its spread.  Although they were initially criticized for some of their actions, after you compare the numbers of illnesses and deaths, it seems a lot more reasonable.  China has had 30 deaths from the Swine Flu while the United States has now had close to 4,000.  Those numbers alone are shocking and sad.

While the receiving the H1N1 vaccine may seem like a good solution, the unnatural ingredients it includes would prove otherwise and extremely unsafe.  Natural alternatives are out there and can be much more effective for better overall health.

Is The Media Downplaying The Risks Of The H1N1 Vaccine?

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

The Swine Flu continues to have an impact all across the world.  Trak News has reported that in western Nepal schools have been closed for the third day in a row as officials attempt to limit the spread of the virus.

And while some individuals insist that getting the H1N1 vaccine is the best bet against fighting the virus, Christopher Hitchens declares that any vaccine should not be pushed on anyone, as we all should be making informed decisions ourselves.  Many are finding success with alternatives means of enhancing their immune system.

Sadly, the virus continues to take young lives.  Fox 40 is reporting that in Vacaville California, a first grader just died from Swine Flu complications.

An interesting fact recently published by the CDC is that 90% of H1N1 fatalities are under 65 years old.  And while the CDC offers some reliable information, MSNBC states that the CDC downplays the risks of the H1N1 vaccine, so you should do the research yourself and make an informed decision for yourself and those in your care.
